Ship your international documents over the counter at any participating Iparcelplus branch and get rewarded with a FREE ballpen. Customers who complete three (3) successful international document shipment transactions during the promo period will receive one (1) FREE ballpen. Offer applies to eligible document shipments made within the campaign period. Promotional items shall be available for qualified customers who meet the promo mechanics within the promo period. Redemption period is valid until 60 days after end of promo period. Redemption shall be granted upon verification and proper documentation.

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Entry into this Campaign is open to residents of the Philippines (“Participants”).
  • Participants will receive one (1) FREE ballpen upon completing three (3) successful international document shipment transactions through participating Iparcelplus branches during the campaign period. (3 transactions = 1 FREE ballpen)
    • Eligible shipments must meet all of the following requirements:
      • Shipments must be made over the counter in participating branches listed in Annex A;
      • Shipments must be international/export document shipments from the Philippines;
      • Shipments must be transacted during the campaign period;
      • Applicable to document/envelope shipments only.

 

  • Accepted document shipments include, but are not limited to:
    • School documents
    •  IDs
    • Contracts
    •  Business papers
    • Application forms
    • Certificates
    • Other important documents

 

  • Promo is open to walk-in customers only.
  • Promo is not applicable to domestic shipments, parcel shipments, or non-document shipments.
  • Freebies are non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and cannot be exchanged for other items.
  • Promotional items shall be available for qualified customers who meet the promo mechanics within the promo period. Redemption shall be granted upon verification and proper documentation
  • Persons under the age of 18 must obtain prior permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
  • Employees of Iparcelplus, its partner courier providers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  • This offer may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or giveaway campaigns unless otherwise stated.
  • Any dispute regarding eligibility, qualification, or interpretation of the campaign mechanics shall be subject to the final decision of Iparcelplus management with prior approval of DTI
  • Promo period is from June 1 to June 30, 2026 only.
